I’ve been here twice, once for my daughter back in March and once for myself today. We saw Ms Teri both times and she’s fantastic. Her bedside manner is amazing and she’s thorough. I was seen fairly quickly today—in and out in an hour. My daughter’s visit was also fairly quick. Staff is great here! I’d highly recommend for urgent care at this location. Also edit to add: this location is always prompt when calling in regards to lab results and following up!

We were visiting from out of town when our daughter became ill. This clinic was so wonderful. All the providers were caring and knowledgeable. We were in and out quickly and on with our vacation. For an unfortunate experience it was pleasant and comforting.

From start to finish, the staff is attentive and friendly. My youngest two are 6 and we opt for Mercy Urgent Care for strep tests after having a rough experience at our doctors office. I explain this every time we are at Mercy and they always take it to heart, speaking directly and gently to my children. Terry and Meg are amazing!

This is my second time at this location, and both times have been fantastic compared to other urgent care providers. Good medical care is so hard to find nowadays, and Mercy Urgent Care should teach a class on it. Thank you.
