I was able to easily book an appointment online for the next day after dealing with a sinus infection for six weeks. The entire team was efficient, friendly and professional. They called in my prescription to the drugstore, and it was ready when I got there. They also took care of my husband this past summer and we were impressed. When we need quick medical care we won’t go anywhere else.

My daughter and I were sick but I only made her an appointment. By the time we got there I realized I also needed to see a provider and they were able to accommodate me. The nurse Tracy was absolutely amazing, especially with my daughter. She was able to connect with her, relive her worries and swabbed her so quickly she barely even knew it was happening. All of the staff was great, so kind and accommodating. I will definitely use Mercy again in the future.

My whole experience at this location was great! What really made the difference was the staff. From the person who greeted me and checked me in, to the nurse who worked with me until the PA came in. The PA was very professional, knowledgeable and engaging. Even the person who checked me out had great communication skills.

Scheduling through the app was super easy. I arrived on time and waited for less than 10 minutes! The assistant and PA who saw me were friendly, professional and positive. They sent me home supplied with bandages, feeling encouraged and knowing my burn would heal well. Thank you!
