First COVID then 10 days later the flu. It was a great experience: convenient hours and location, easy check-in, excellent, thorough & congenial staff, and competent, compassionate care. My primary care group could learn a lot from Mercy. Thank you.

I called and was told I could come in immediately. The woman at the desk was kind and friendly. They showed me to a room in minutes. The doctor was kind, calm and knowledgeable. She took her time asking me questions about my symptoms, examining me and then telling me which cough syrup to buy with a specific ingredient that makes it work better. I left wishing she was my doctor.

I am a local with a primary care physician in Spartanburg but I absolutely love this urgent care here in Columbus. Third visit and I have never had less than an awesome experience. I had a sinus infection recently and I was there a total of 20 minutes. The receptionist and nurse were amazing and the NP, I think her name was Connie, was over the top incredible. I am so grateful for you all!
